Damages and issues
We work hard to ensure every customer is happy with their freeze dried candy purchase. If you have received a bag of candy that has been damaged, please submit an email and photograph to frostedbitetreats@gmail.com immediately. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for our candy, gift boxes, or gift cards.
